JT has over 45 years of business and community outreach experience.  Business experience in retail management, Top Fortune 500 Corporations, Hospitals, National and Federal Government account sales. Top Fortune 500 Corporation Medical Diagnostic territory sales, Top Fortune 500 Corporation Pharmaceutical Consultant, Manufacture business partnership Internet Surveillance System for Top Fortune 500 Corporate/Franchises, Entertainment for Corporate, Government, Public and Private events, Business Adviser/Consultant, NCAA Event Director in the Washington Metropolitan area, Community Outreach platform for Student-Athletes, Girls High School Basketball tournaments during D1 D2 & D3 approved NCAA events, Girls Basketball Showcases, Student-Athletes Travel Teams.

Every person JT engages with on the business journey give  different perspectives on what not to do and what to do.  A strong belief that growth is a never ending measurement towards completion. Also, believes you should surround yourself with those who elevate your mind for more knowledge.

Moreover, JT loves the power of music bringing people together and creating a delightful feel good experience.  Not a surprise that music entertainment would become a business venture for JT.  The universe has gifted musicians to share their talents with the world.  

Many years ago JT met Suzanne de Passe at the Jackson Five Television film production. Suzanne de Passe discovered the Jackson Five and is the Co-Chair of de Passe Jones Entertainment.  Suzanne de Passe gave JT great business advice while attending the film production. The lasting and parting words to JT were put God first, prepare to deliver best works, and know your value. 

On many occasions while working on a business project in California, JT had the wonderful pleasure to spend time with Mrs. Jackson.  A woman who is kind and has a beautiful spirit.  A mother of extremely talented children who grew up in the music and acting industry.  JT will always remember the conversations with two amazing and beautiful women, a pleasure to have met them.  

JT's years of business experience brings value to entertainment production, events, run of show, music selections for events, marketing, collaborating with individual(s) and as a team, and focus on the best experience for an event is top level.
