A great start with Retail Fashion Industry Management, Capital Equipment for Hospitals and with Procurement, National Corporate Accounts and DOJ Federal Government Accounts, Fortune 500 Corporations in Medical Diagnostic and Pharmaceutical Territory Sales, Manufacture B-To-B in the field of Communication Towers, and Restaurant Internet Surveillance Systems. Also, organized and managed scholarship opportunities sports events in the community. 

JT found time and great joy to become a NCAA Event Director in the Washington Metropolitan area. She provided Girls High School Basketball tournaments during D1 certified approved NCAA events.  The NCAA certified events included presentations that focused on the importance of academic achievement, healthy food choices, work ethics, representing self, family, and school while on and off the court, NCAA Rules & Regulations, team player, good sportsmanship and leadership. The College Coaches, Parent (s) or Guardian(s), Student-Athletes appreciated the educational workshop, high level basketball performance, and well managed and organized events. NTopshape shows pride in its works to be outstanding and successful for the best walk away conversation from all events. 

JT's high standards while engaging with people to reach their bottom line goal(s) and adding great value are the backbone and foundation of N'TopShape.  Whether it was being the CEO of her Family or business opportunities, intentional management is key for the full spectrum to create successful outcomes.

Moreover, After a divorce, JT became a single parent and the family CEO.  Juggling business, family time, and her son's youth baseball, martial arts, AAU and Adidas travel basketball, HS football and HS basketball, Basketball Camps, and FCA HS Leadership Camp to a Wyoming Ranch and more. It was always a management journey.  And they thrived together as a family.  

JT's son after college turned down a contract to play professional overseas basketball and is a successful Corporate National Director with a Top Fortune's World's Most Admired 500 Medical Diagnostic Corporation for the last 10 years.  JT's vision, team work, preparation, plan of actions, implementation of works, follow-up and accomplishing next level end results is always the focus for her family and business.

Not a surprise that entertainment would become a business opportunity for JT. Music has always been captivating and mystical to her.

A full circle entertainment moment on JT's journey was meeting Mrs. Jackson while conducting business in California.  JT enjoyed multiple blessed conversations with her over a game of scrabble,  during a break from conducting business.  Yes, with an amazing woman and beautiful mother who gave birth to gifted and talented music artists known around the world.  

While in California JT met the incredible business woman Suzanne de Passe at the Jackson Five Television film production. Suzanne de Passe discovered the Jackson Five and is the Co-Chair of de Passe Jones Entertainment.  Suzanne de Passe during the film production break gave JT great business advice. Put God first, prepare to deliver best works, and know your value and efforts that produce great work.  JT will never forget the two women who were a divine moment in her life. Both women were inspirational with their words while she was managing her family home and business life.
